LAW & GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE
COMMITTEE CHAIR: DAVID ANTHONY WIGGINS, Senior Fellow
COMMITTEE PROJECTS: A Not So Brief Discussion On Admiralty Jurisdiction and the Contractual and Corporate Nature of Government as a Charitable Trust Instituted for the Benefit of the Good of the Whole (The Need for a Comprehensive Civics Education Policy)
On February 1, 2010 the Law and Government Committee commissioned the above referenced policy paper to address the need for comprehensive civics education that will enlighten the people to the contractual and corporate nature of the government charitable trust commonly known as the State of Maryland.
The paper discusses the fact that acts of the legislature, which are enacted to generate revenue for the State, which are to be used solely for the benefit of the good of the whole, are enacted under Admiralty jurisdiction in the United States.
The discusses the fact that all government of right, originates from the People, and is formed in compact only, and instituted solely for the good of the whole, ...sounds good in theory, but we know how the judiciary has allowed this to be corrupted.
It discusses the need for civics education as part of a solution to unaccountable government; in that, only when a people understand the nature of government , they will have the power to participate in that government more effectively.
