The Governmental Philosophy of the Baltimore Black Think Tank, Inc. is Black Nationalist Pan-Africanism and it is pursuance thereof that we engage in the formulation and propagation of policies that will assist our People in realising this final objective at home and abroad.

In the United States our policy objective is one of Public Official Accountability with an emphasis on building coalitions with groups and individuals who are working to ensure that  the Civil  and Human Rights of the People are not arbitrarily violated by elected and appointed officials on the local, state, and federal levels.
